These terms and conditions apply to any BUYER and to any person benefiting from a Ticket acquired by the BUYER, each being designated as a “HOLDER”. The BUYER vouches for full compliance with the stipulations in these GTCs by the beneficiary(ies) of the Ticket(s) that the BUYER has acquired for them. The LNR reserves the right to modify the GTCs at any time and without notice. The applicable GTCs are those accepted on the date of purchase of the Ticket(s).
The mere fact of being the holder of a Ticket implies full and unreserved adherence to the GTCs as well as to the internal regulations of the stadium (the “Internal Regulations”) in which the match for which the HOLDER has a Ticket will take place (the “Stadium”): https://billetterie.lnr.fr/fr/reglements-interieurs-stades.
These GTCs, accessible at https://billetterie.lnr.fr/fr/conditions_generales_de_vente were originally written in French. Despite their English translation available on the website https://billetterie.lnr.fr/fr, the French version prevails and is the only one applicable.
In the event of contradiction, these GTCs prevail over any other provision to the contrary and in particular over the provisions of the applicable Internal Regulations. Any contrary conditions, especially concerning purchases, are unenforceable against the LNR. In the event that certain stipulations in these GTCs are held to be inapplicable, for whatever reason, by a court or authority having jurisdiction, the other stipulations will remain in full force.
No particular condition prevails over these GTCs, unless expressly stipulated otherwise by the Parties.
It is specified as necessary that certain categories of Tickets may be subject to special conditions which will, where applicable, supplement or modify these GTCs.
Certain categories of Tickets may grant access to private areas as indicated on the website www.lnr.fr, ticketing tab or direct access via the address https://billetterie.lnr.fr/fr at the time of acquisition of the Tickets.
2. PURCHASING PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF ISSUANCE OF TICKETS
2.1. Terms of purchase of Tickets
Tickets can be purchased on the LNR website www.lnr.fr, ticketing tab or on https://myrugby.lnr.fr or through direct access via the address https://billetterie.lnr.fr/fr according to the periods defined by the LNR, it being specified that the LNR reserves the right to limit or extend the Ticket distribution channels at any time, by any means and/or on any medium and by any intermediary whatsoever.
Furthermore, the LNR alone defines the distribution channels for Tickets and reserves the right to use various methods of marketing Tickets, including the marketing of rights granting direct or indirect access to the purchase of Tickets or rights conferring priority purchase during a given period.
BUYERS are informed of the existence, within the limits of available places and according to the specific terms and conditions which will be communicated to those concerned, of special price categories, in particular for people with disabilities.
2.2. Immediate payment, multiple payment and means of payment
When purchasing the Ticket(s), the BUYER must immediately pay for their entire order. No delay or facility for payment is granted by the LNR.
The means of payment authorized on the LNR ticket office website is the Visa, Carte Bleue or MasterCard credit card.
Within the same order, the BUYER has the option of purchasing Tickets on behalf of HOLDERS and making payment to the LNR without having to pay the entire order since each HOLDER has the possibility of paying for part of the order (“Multiple payment”).
2.3. Ticket price
The price of the Ticket is indicated in euros, all taxes and management fees included. The price and management fees are specified on the LNR's website or by the distribution channel selected and depend on the Ticket category, it being specified that the LNR is free to modify its pricing policy and conditions.
The Tickets will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force when the order is registered.
The price as well as the management fees will be subject to VAT, or any other applicable tax, at the rate in force.
2.4. Issuance of Tickets
Barring exceptions, Tickets will only be issued in electronic format (termed e-Tickets).
The e-Tickets must be printed in portrait format on white, blank A4 paper, without modification of the print size, on an inkjet or laser printer. No other medium is valid (tablet, laptop, mobile phone, memory stick, etc.). The HOLDER'S attention is drawn to the fact that a partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible e-Ticket cannot be considered valid and cannot therefore grant access to the Stadium.
The LNR reserves the right to proceed with the cancellation of a Ticket purchase which might present a risk of fraud, in particular, fraudulent use of a credit card, or a risk to the safety of the sporting event.

4. PROHIBITION OF THE RESALE OF TICKETS / EXCHANGE PLATFORM

The LNR reserves the right to take legal action in this regard.
For the purposes of combating the black market in particular, the LNR reserves the right to decide, if it sees fit, to rescind the order or sale of the Ticket(s) as of right and without formality.
The order(s) and/or the Ticket(s) will then be cancelled and the HOLDER(s) will be refused entry into the Stadium, without prejudice to any civil action and/or penalties against offenders.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the LNR may set up an official exchange platform allowing the BUYER to resell the Ticket(s) acquired. In this case, the BUYER of the said Ticket(s) would have the possibility of reselling, in accordance with the general conditions of use of the exchange, their Ticket(s) exclusively on the official exchange platform of the LNR and under the conditions provided for this purpose on this platform. A press release is posted on the LNR's website to specify the opening and end dates of the exchange platform.

15. LIABILITY
Whenever permitted by law, the LNR declines all liability for harmful events beyond its control which may occur during the sporting event. In any case and in the event that the liability of the LNR were to be engaged and upheld, the assessment of the damage would be contractually limited, when this is legally admitted, to a maximum of the amount for the Tickets paid by the BUYER to the LNR.
Within the same limits, the HOLDER waives and undertakes to have its insurers waive any direct or subrogation actions against the LNR and its insurers on the occasion of the events described above and a fortiori in the event of force majeure.

18. CANCELLATION
The LNR reserves the right to cancel the match(es) in the event of an imperative legislative, regulatory or administrative decision including in the event of a capacity restriction imposed by any public authority without the liability of the LNR and the entities delegated by it for the provision of services with a view to the organization of the matches being able to be sought or engaged.
In the event of definitive cancellation of the match or in the event of cancellation of the match on the host site or in the event of a capacity restriction, compensatory measures may be proposed to the HOLDER before any reimbursement proposal.
In the event of a refund request, the Ticket will be refunded provided that the BUYER submits their request within fifteen working days of the date of the official announcement of the decision to cancel, accompanied by the Ticket in perfect condition and with proof of payment. Reimbursement will be made to the BUYER within two (2) months following this date.
In the event of cancellation liable to give rise to a refund, the request must be sent exclusively to the entity that marketed the Ticket.
In any event, no reimbursement will be made for any additional costs incurred or forfeited by the HOLDER (transport, accommodation, etc.).
19. COMPLAINTS
Any dispute concerning invoicing can only be taken into account in the eight (8) days following the date of the invoice.
All complaints sent will be the subject of an attempt at amicable settlement.

Any request, question or complaint related to the purchase of “travel and accommodation” services via the Revolugo interface is, moreover, to be addressed exclusively to Revolugo's customer service, whose contact details appear in article 2.5 of these GTCs, which will deal with them under its entire responsibility.
20. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These GTCs are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law.
Any dispute arising from their application and interpretation is exclusively the responsibility of the French courts and in this context, whenever the law allows it, of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Judicial Court of Paris.
